Releasing

I’m coming close to the end of my holidays, and my to- do list is still staring at me! Oh well, girls just wanna have fun!

Seriously though, I have been procrastinating on sorting out my wardrobe, so today is the day! I started a few hours ago and I am now taking a break to share my experience with you.

I love clothes, I have a certain style I like, and I have a very full wardrobe. In fact so full, the clothes are flowing over onto the outside of the wardrobe and even further! Oh my gosh, I’m lost in an ocean of clothes! Beautiful clothes! How do you sort out clothes when you love them all? I am being strong and already I have filled up three super large striped bags, now ready to be collected for a local charity.

This is only round one, I will need to do the whole thing again soon, I have put back the ones I am not quite sure about! Funny isn’t it, the clothes that have been outside the wardrobe are the ones I wear a lot and love. But having sorted out today I have found clothes that I adore and had forgotten about. I feel like I have a whole new wardrobe. How good is that! I also have made a few piles for friends. xxx They often ask me to pass on my clothes. xxx

It feels great to release and let go. Alas the wardrobe is still full, so have I made way for the new to come in. Probably not! Maybe on the next round!

After lunch, a bit more sorting to do and then it is shoe sorting time. Not such a huge job, as I have curbed my impulses on shoes over the past year. Great! Tick the box on the list that says, sort out your wardrobe. So much more to do on the list but it feels wonderful to have started.

What do you need to release in your life?
