Grateful Moments

When life is in the fast lane and sometimes a little uncertain, I like to remind myself about ‘grateful moments’. It is amazing what a difference it can make in your day when you start to be grateful for what is happening in the moment. Even in what seem like difficult moments, you can be grateful that you are alive to find the courage to deal with the situation. Grateful for the strength to move through the moment and grateful for each breathe that is your very life force. I feel more heart centred when I am experiencing ‘grateful moments’. I become focused on love and acceptance.

In this moment I am so grateful for my amazing hands and fingers that are typing this post, and so grateful for my computer and keyboard. I am grateful for my desk and all the wonderful affirmations that surround me in this moment. Grateful for the electricity that supplies my computer. Grateful for the natural light that shines freely through the window right in front of me. Grateful for my beautiful view of trees swaying in the wind in this moment, and the list goes on and on.

In my next workshop, ‘Where Are You Right Now?’, Saturday, 21st April, 2012, you can immerse yourself in ‘grateful moments’, as you take the time to be in the present moment. This workshop will include simple energy techniques, relaxation and meditation, journaling, collaging and basic tools, to bring you into the awareness of love and acceptance, in your life, in the here and now.

Take the time for ‘grateful moments’ today.
