I love Reiki and I have been connecting with the healing Reiki energy in my life every day for over 25 years. Every morning I place my hands over my heart and feel the love in my body flowing freely. This energy is so healing and rejuvenating.
Several times throughout the day I stop, breathe and connect with the loving flow of energy in my body, and around me.
Life is so precious and when someone I know has a health challenge, the best I can do for them is to see them healthy and happy and send them healing, loving energy. A Reiki treatment can be a great gift.
