
I know I talk about this subject a lot but it is such a powerful practice to include in your life. Appreciation can work wonders when you are feeling a little stuck in your life.
Start by writing a small list each morning about what you appreciate in your life. Then really feel the appreciation deep within yourself. A small act like this can make a huge difference in your day.
