Love

Today is Valentine’s Day and it is wonderful that the focus is on love.   Love is in everyone, everything, and is everywhere.

I am love in every part of me and when I really connect with that I am more loving towards myself and towards others.

My intention each day is to live in this love and to share this love in my daily actions and also to see the love in others.

Sometimes this is challenging, but when I am finding my day difficult, I can stop, breathe and bring myself back to the loving energy that flows freely through me in in every moment.   Ah, reconnected.  A beautiful feeling.   I may need to connect several times throughout my day but the choice is mine.  I mention this a lot in my writing on this blog because it is so important to me and I hope that it is important for you as well.

Let’s take the opportunity today to connect to the love flowing freely inside ourselves and then connect to the love that is also flowing all around you in everyone and everything.   xxxxxx
