Happiness

I made a vision board collage yesterday and one of the words on it is ‘Happiness”. If you looked at the collage you might think that I am seeking happiness – perhaps from the images of happy faces and the peaceful scenery.

But I know that happiness is my ‘true self’ and it is not something that I can create outside of myself. Outside ‘happiness’ influences are a form of encouragement to bring me back to myself. So it is lovely that the word appears on my collage – a beautiful reminder that I am a happy woman now and always.

I live in love and gratitude for the gifts that my life brings me each day.
