Look at the stars. Watch a sunset. Listen to music. Plant a garden. Dance. Take an art class. Plant a tree. Watch the clouds. Keep a journal. Go to the ocean. Go to the mountains. Walk on the grass. Laugh. Stretch. Take a nap. Meditate. Sing. Paint. Visit an art gallery. Read a book. Sit in a cafe. Collage. Soak in the bath. Have a massage. Take a long, slow walk. Eat fresh, healthy food. Make green smoothies and fresh juices. Love yourself. xxx
