
Today is International Peace Day and a wonderful time to reflect on peace, in my inner world and my outer world.
There is always a peaceful energy inside of me, but I need to remember that throughout the day, as so many things can demand my attention. Mindfulness and Meditation bring me home to my natural state of peace.
Throughout the day it is important to stop, breathe, relax and connect. It only takes a few breaths to feel that deep peaceful state within and reconnect to my divine self. When I am in this state I am a gift to the outer world, as my energy expands to encounter everyone and everything around me.
Today I will focus on peace – peace within and peace without. Where my attention goes, my energy flows.
