Relaxation

I feel that one of the most important things I can do for myself each day is to take the time to relax.

I like to scan my body and notice if there is any tension that I need to release. There always is! Funny how my body can hold so much tension and I often don’t even realise it. I breathe, relax and let go.

By checking in a few times a day, I maintain a much healthier body, and a happier life.

Breathe, Release, Relax. xxxxx
