
A quiet place is so important for me. I’m sitting here at my computer – it is well into the evening and it is so peaceful and quiet in this moment. I’m in heaven. After a busy day I really appreciate this space. I feel very present and calm – relaxed.
There is something about a quiet space that is healing. I am more aware of my body and how I feel – more aware of my breathing. I have a gentle smile on my face – all is well.
I live in gratitude for these quiet moments.
