Non Violent Communication

It is so important how we communicate in our lives. We need to express our true feelings in a loving and honest way. It is also important to listen to the other person. It can be so easy to just leap in and give our opinion. Being listened to is a beautiful experience.

Also these days with so much communication happening via email and mobile messages, our words can be misinterpreted – so remember to write from your heart and express in a way that is true to you but also composed in a way that is non violent. There is a great book and audio by Marshall Rosenberg on this subject.

How are you communicating today?
