Power of Appreciation

I know I talk about this subject a lot but it is such a powerful practice to include in your life. Appreciation can work wonders when you are feeling a little stuck in your life.

Start by writing a small list each morning about what you appreciate in your life. Then really feel the appreciation deep within yourself. A small act like this can make a huge difference in your day.

Remember you are creating your day.

Throughout the day notice things about yourself and those around you that you appreciate. Make it a fun game. Enjoy!
