Giving & Receiving

Already a week into my Living in Love & Gratitude project and I am certainly feeling the benefits from it.

I’ve been doing a lot of sorting and decluttering lately in my home, and it was with great joy that I was able to donate several bags of goodies that I no longer use or wear to a local charity.  A wonderful friend called on Saturday to collect them and deliver them.  It feels so good to give without any expectations.  A beautiful feeling.

On the receiving end I am blessed to have an amazing son, who assists and guides me, with technical computer support on an ongoing basis.  So grateful. xxx  Every day I am receiving gifts in the form of meditation, good health, my own home, delicious food, laughter, fun, a beautiful sunrise and sunset, great books to read, fabulous clothes, wonderful people in my life, and so much more.  xxx

Everyday I also have so many opportunities to give.    A blessing, a smile, a genuine compliment, a gift, a hug, a phone call,  a written message, a listening ear, a sharing of knowledge, friendship, service in my work, and so much more.  xxx

I can also be open to giving and receiving to myself. xxx  I can give myself the gift of self care and self love in so many ways. xxx

Today be open to giving and receiving .  xxxxx
