
My focus is on living in love and gratitude. Today I noticed that I was more loving and kind to myself and others. A few things happened today that could have been stressful but I remained calm, focused on the love in my heart, took a few mindful breaths and relaxed into the moment.
I also offered an act of kindness to a woman who needed to make a phone call and I offered her my mobile to make the call. Later in the day a friend shared a loving act of kindness that he had experienced this week. Like attracts like.
Tonight when I meditate I will bring my attention to my heart and feel the loving energy flowing in me and all around me. I am grateful for a love filled heart.
