Finding Balance

My life has taken a different turn and I am travelling between two homes each week and spending only a few nights in my own home. It has meant that I have had to make a lot of adjustments and I am needing to be mindful of finding the balance in my day to day routine.

I am a busy woman! I am also a Piscean and I really need my private space. This long weekend has given me the space to rest, reflect, and also enjoy some creative time at the computer. I love what I do and it seems that I don’t have enough hours in the day, but of course there is always enough time – it is my choice to slow down, breathe, relax and be present. It only takes a few minutes to find the balance.

I am also so thankful for my daily energy medicine routine. It keeps my energy flowing in the right direction! This routine is just 10 minutes and I do it in the early morning. Throughout the day I repeat some of the exercises as I find them so beneficial.

I meditate, eat healthy food, walk most days, and I am mindful of what feeds my soul. I live in love and gratitude for my life and the many blessings that are showered upon me each day. I just need to remember to find the balance and take good care of myself as I adjust to the new gifts that are being presented to me.
