Herbal Tea

I’ve never been a coffee drinker but I do enjoy a good cup of tea, especially herbal teas. There are so many to choose from these days, and some wonderful blends as well.

One of my favourite blends is Chamomile and Peppermint. Both teas are good for the digestion. Chamomile is great for the nervous system, helps you to relax, and peppermint helps if you have a cold or flu. Chamomile and Lemon Balm is a fabulous sleep mix.

Alfalfa and Mint is another wonderful combination. A fantastic tonic tea.

Nettle tea will boost your iron levels and give you some energy. It is also great for the skin.

Why not stop by your local health food store this week and browse the tea section.
