
Feeling healthy is a top priority for me. I grew up very sick and I found my way back to health through healthy eating, herbal medicine, meditation, energy medicine, and mindful thinking and feeling.
Sometimes I am challenged and it always brings me back to the present moment. I become focused on my health intensely, and of course where your attention goes, your energy flows! It works every time!
A daily routine is so important to maintain the level of health that provides you with the energy and vitality that you need.
Enjoy food that is organic and fresh. Eat slowly. Drink water. Relax. Spend time in silence. Think happy and healthy thoughts. Stretch and breathe. Laugh. Journal. Be kind, patient, and gentle with yourself. Spend time with people who uplift and inspire you. Do work that you love. Every day is a brand new day. A new beginning. Give thanks for everything in your life.
These days I put painting and drawing high on my list of things I love to do. It is so nurturing, healing and it feeds my soul.
I also love spending time at my plot at the local community garden. I have been building the soil for a few months. Good soil is everything.
I also love the Bach Flower remedies. My emotions affect my health. I always sit and contemplate what is going on with my emotions when I have a health challenge. I am often surprised by what I uncover. I get a bottle of flower remedies made up for me. Within a few weeks I am back on track and feeling good.
Of course being a herbalist, I also love my herbal tonics. They support me nutritionally. I have some wonderful natural health practitioners in my life who assist me in maintaining and achieving vibrant good health.
I do a 10 minute energy medicine routine each morning. I always feel great afterwards.
