I write a gratitude list each night before I go to bed – it is amazing how many things there are to be grateful for each day.

Today I am grateful for my son Edward and his wonderful support in so many areas of my life. xxx I’m grateful for public transport, for fantastic books, for beautiful music, for a hot soy chai at my favourite cafe, for healthy vegan food, for my good health, for my computer, for this blog site, for Spring, and the list goes on and on.

Oh, the power of appreciation. xxxxx Thank You, Thank You. xxx
