Self Care

As a facilitator of the Artist’s Way 12 week course I am always aware of the importance of self care. Julia encourages us all the way through the course to remember to take good care of ourselves.

As I write my morning pages each day I am reminded of what I am doing, and what I am not doing, to nurture myself.

Today I attended a QiGong class followed by an acupuncture session. I came away relaxed and refreshed. My creative energy is flowing.

Self care was definitely high on my list of things to do today.

Stop, breathe, and ask yourself, what can I do to take good care of myself. xxx
