I love EFT – a simple tapping technique that clears out negative beliefs, reduces pain, traumatic emotional experiences and so much more. http://www.emofree.com is a great website with lots of testimonials and information.

It is also very relaxing and you can do the tapping anywhere. A simple technique for feeling confident is to tap under your nose – use a few fingers and just tap for a minute or two and you will feel so good. Also tapping under the eye and on the collarbone can reduce anxiety. How wonderful is that.

I present workshops on the techniques, and this is the best environment to really immerse yourself in EFT. I’ll also be running weekly sessions next year – this will provide a safe space to work on letting go and energising yourself.
