You Are What You Eat

I’ve been interested in healthy eating for many years and I am passionate about sharing information that may help you get healthy and stay healthy. Today I want to talk about sugar. Yes, sugar!!! I think we all know that it is not a good substance but so many people continue to include it big time in their daily food intake. Cancer cells feed on sugar! Even fruit sugar can be harmful.

Eat lots of organic vegetables especially the green ones. When it comes to juicing and you want to stay away from the sugar, don’t include carrot, beetroot and the fruits. Go Green! You will enjoy lots of energy in a healthy, delicious way.

If you like a little sweetness in your life enjoy a few blueberries as their sugar level is low and they have a lot of nutrients. An apple a day is great but choose an organic granny smith. After a while your taste buds will adjust.

Enjoy a sugar free day and notice the difference. xxxx
