
It’s a new day and it is wonderful. Often we forgot that we are in a new day because we are going over what happened yesterday, last week, last month or even what happened years ago. Or we are thinking about tomorrow, next week, next month or many years into the future.
With over 60,000 thoughts a day, it is important to tune into the now, live in this day, and be gentle and kind to ourselves in whatever this day brings. If our thoughts are focused on kindness then kindness happens. It’s the attractor factor.
So when you find yourself spending too much time in the past, or in the future, Stop, Breathe, Relax, and bring yourself back to this wonderful moment, in this wonderful day.
