Last Saturday I enjoyed facilitating a wonderful workshop on Living in Love and Gratitude. It is so amazing when you steep yourself in this energy for a whole day. xxxxx Such a beautiful soul-filled experience.
Also where two or more are gathered the energy increases. The group really dived into the relaxation, guided imagery and energy medicine processes. The collage cards we made in the afternoon reflected the soul’s images to guide us on our journey into the heart.
In our gratitude journals we listed our blessings for the day, and we finished the workshop with a heart centred meditation.
