Self Acceptance

I am in the midst of some change in my life right now and I am aware that there are quite a few sub personalities shouting to be heard.  (I love Voice Dialogue work.)  

My fearful and critical selves are seeking attention, so I listen with love to what they have to say but what I have noticed is that I feel the most comfortable about change when I am connected to the divine self.  It is always loving and supporting, encouraging, and a great cheerleader.  When I connect to this part of me other selves feel safe to emerge, including my nurturing self, my relaxed self, my trusting self.  All of these selves help me to be accepting of myself where I am now.  

So I sit a little longer in my heart these days and connect to my divine self.  Feeling safe and supported as I follow my bliss and move through each moment.  

I love what I do and I feel totally blessed to work in assisting other people on their journey to move deeper into their heart, to live a relaxed, healthy and abundant life.  

You deserve to take the time for yourself, and my monthly workshops are a sacred space to experience the love and the peace within.

Take some time out today and be accepting of the wonderful being that you are.
