How do I take good care of myself?

I allow myself the space and the time to be in solitude. I allow myself the space and the time to watch a beautiful sunset. I allow myself the space and the time to soak in a hot bath with beautiful essential oils. I allow myself the space and the time to prepare healthy, nutritious meals and drink clean water. I allow myself the space and the time to go for a long, slow walk. I allow myself the space and the time to meditate each day. I allow myself the space and the time to read uplifting books, and listen to beautiful music that I love. I allow myself the space and the time to dance and feel the freedom and release that comes with each movement. I allow myself the space and the time to do work that I am passionate about. I allow myself the space and the time to enjoy my family and my friends. I allow myself the space and the time to walk on a beach and watch the waves roll in and out.

I allow myself the space and the time to breathe and relax.

I allow myself the space and the time to experience life.
