When I take the time to really listen to what is going on for me I know that I have dropped into my heart. It brings me back to my loving, heart centred self – the one who takes the time for self care and takes the time to be kind to myself. The one who eats nutritious food. The one who plays and laughs. The one who draws and paints, just for the fun of it. The one who makes collage dreamboards. The one who meditates. The one who loves to write in my journal. The one who takes the time to rest. The one who loves to be with friends and family. The one who loves to visit galleries. The one who loves to walk on the sand. The one who loves taking day trips into nature. The one who loves to take a holiday. The one who loves going on retreats. xxxx
But lately in my busyness I haven’t allowed a lot of space for myself. Fatigue can be so dominating. There hasn’t been a lot of heart-centred, loving space. I have a lot of very pushy, critical selves that are a part of me, who tend to take over and lead me into a life that is very demanding and exhausting.
So a loving decision has been made. I am taking two weeks off early September, to celebrate Spring, new beginnings, and to connect deeply with my heart centred self. Yippeee!!!!!! Time to rest and rejuvenate and play. xxxxxx
Follow your heart. xxxxxx
