Allow silent meditation, relaxation, contemplation, journaling and EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) to refresh and rejuvenate you. Take some time out for yourself.
I have been meditating for many years and the benefits are many. Including better sleep, better digestion, improved immune system, stress reduction, better coping abilities, balanced blood pressure.
Journaling allows me to write down my feelings and write about what is going on in my life. I also love to write a gratitude list each day in my journal.
EFT, gentle tapping on the face and body, assists me to release any old beliefs and stresses that I may be holding onto.
The above combination gives you the tools to live a healthy, relaxed life.
