Change

I love this time of the year. xxxx The change of season and the cooler evenings here in the southern hemisphere. Life is all about change and if we take the time to watch nature there are so many wonderful reminders of how change is essential to the life cycle.

Often we resist change – our bodies are so addicted to old patterns/emotions that we are pulled back before we even begin. I am embracing change in my life at the moment. I am observing the way my old self behaves and moving through the resistance and obstacles. I am even starting to enjoy the experience, as I stay present to what I really want to create in my new self.

Observe the way you resist change in your life. Be patient and gentle with this process. As you allow yourself to create a new you it is much easier to step into your vision board and believe that you are an amazing creator. It is much easier to use your affirmations and really resonate with them. Meditation is also very beneficial in the process of change.

I suggest reading Dr.Joe Dispenza’s book – ‘Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself’.
It has been a life changing read for me!

Step outside today and observe nature. Let her teach you that change is an ongoing part of your journey on earth. You deserve to live an amazing life!
