Life is a Celebration!

Often we wait for a birthday, a wedding, an anniversary, a birth, to celebrate life. A one-off occasion to focus on the miracle that life is! Every day is a gift, a miracle, a reason to celebrate!

An incident in the past week shook me up, a wake up call, a present moment awareness. I am seeing my life differently, again!. I need to acknowledge my feelings, no matter what they are, listen to my thoughts. take care of myself in a loving and compassionate way. I am blessed to be alive.

Life is a celebration! When you wake up each day ask yourself. How can I celebrate my life today?
One way is to write a gratitude list. I always find this amazing. Every day I write down what I am grateful for and it is always a long list. Another way I celebrate life is to ask myself – what can I do today to help myself feel good and what can I do today to help someone else feel good. This is very powerful. The funny thing is that when you are of service to someone else you automatically feel good.

Take the time to ask yourself if what you are about to say or do is kind and caring. Everyone is on a journey and if we all look upon life as a celebration, no matter what is going on, we are going to be more loving and compassionate to ourselves and others.

Today, and every day, I am celebrating the many blessings in my life, and I live in love and gratitude. xxxx
