I am excited to announce that my new course “Cafe Creativity” is commencing on Sunday, 29th June, 2014, 8.00am-9.30am, at Teru Cafe in Glebe, right next door to Phoenix Rising Books. It will run for 5 consecutive Sundays.

The owner of the cafe, Anthony, is a wonderful man and he is looking forward to this group meeting at the cafe. He has allocated a large table at the rear of the cafe with our own screen for privacy. He has also told me that it is not very busy in the cafe at this time of the morning. Amazing!!!! We will still have the creative atmosphere of a cafe (and research now shows that being in a cafe does ignite our creative energy, http://coffitivity.com/), and you will have access to wonderful food and drinks for purchase on the day if you want to. I am imagining a warm cuppa and a delicious breakfast as I write this!!!! xxx

As you know I am always looking for ways to inspire and encourage others to live a creative and healthy life that they love. It is my purpose, and I am passionate about it. Over the years I have taught many courses, held many workshops, and I have had the privilege of meeting many beautiful, creative people. This next step on my creative journey feels so alive and juicy. xxx I am feeling such great joy in my heart to be able to share this experience with you. xxx

My new course is full of wonderful creative activities Simple and lots of fun. No pairing off, no big tasks, no sharing if you don’t want to. No artistic ability required. It is a safe space for you to dream, play, explore, create and relax. All materials will be provided. You will need to bring your journal and a favourite pen. This course will give you the creative tools each week to dive into creating the life you really desire. Over the five weeks (I chose the number 5 as it represents creativity) you can delight in being your creative self. I will be available via email for follow ups and questions each week during the course.

I have chosen to start the group early in the morning, (yes, even though it will be the middle of winter!!!) as this is a wonderful way to start the day and the week. Think warm cafe and a delicious hot cuppa. For those of you who write morning pages it is another discipline that will improve your creative life. After the group you might like to take an artist’s date and play and explore some more. Finishing at 9.30am gives you the time to enjoy your Sunday in whatever way you choose, There is 2 hours free parking at the Broadway shopping centre and buses run regularly along Glebe Point Road for those of you travelling by public transport.

The cost of this course is $100.00 for the five sessions, and 10% discount if you pay before 22nd June. Bring a friend and you will receive a free 30 minute creativity coaching call with me, (value $50.00). This will be a small group so it is advisable to book early.
