
This time of the year is great to stop and focus on what your wonderful moments have been in 2014.
I have so many and I am so grateful. xxx
Give yourself some time to reflect. Take your journal and pen and find a quiet, comfortable space to sit or lie down. Close your eyes and visualise yourself through January to now. Go slowly and gently. Remember all the wonderful moments that you have experienced. Go deep into the feelings. Savour the moments. Give thanks. Relax.
When you have completed the meditative journey write your experiences in your journal. You might like to draw, paint or attach images in your journal.
This exercise always increases my joy and appreciation. xxx
