Connection

Connection. This word has a lot of meaning for me. It is very important to stay connected to my higher self, to nature, to my friends and my family, my inner child. With the technology today I find myself connecting with family and friends through messaging and email. In connecting to nature I love to spend time at my community garden plot and in connecting to my higher self I enjoy meditating.

This year I feel the desire to connect on a deeper and more personal level. I desire to see my family and friends face to face and also talk on the phone. Long and short chats, cafe catch ups, the sharing of delicious food, organised outings. I desire to spend more time in nature, at my garden, and also by the ocean, and long walks in beautiful bushland. I desire to connect deeper with my higher self through longer daily meditation, journaling and attending retreats to nourish my soul. I desire a deeper connection to my inner child through drawing, painting, having creative playtime, more fun and laughter.

Yes, I love sending uplifting messages via my phone and via email. I love the daily connection that this provides and I’ll continue to do this. But I yearn for a deeper connection. So one day at a time this year I will focus on ‘connection’.

I love my connection to you all through my blog posts and this year I am going to write more regularly to maintain our connection on a deeper level. I’d love to hear from you. Thanks for connecting with me.

Wishing you all sparkles of joy and rainbows of happiness. May 2015 bring you fun and laughter and a deep connection to all that you desire and love. xxx
