Quiet Time

Every day I give myself some quiet time. Time to relax, reflect, contemplate. It is the key to living a healthy and happy life. When you give yourself the space to stop, go within, be with yourself, your real self, it rejuvenates you. You become aware of your thoughts and your feelings, and it gives you the time to choose what it is you want to think about, and what you really want to feel.

In quiet time I always choose to deeply relax, and that feels so good. The energy is flowing. When I allow myself to relax my mind and my body, I can feel my energy recharging, and I can feel my cells responding. I love to smile when I am relaxing. My whole body loves it. My body loves my attention. My mind can be very busy so taking the time to be quiet means slowing down my thoughts and watching them. I am what I think about. I am what I am feeling. My thoughts and feelings create my life. I choose to create a life feeling radiant and alive, vibrantly healthy, abundant and joyful, loving and peaceful. I choose to experience fun and laughter. I choose all of this in the ‘quiet time’.
