
I love going out for a ‘gratitude walk’. With each step I am mindful of what I am grateful for in my life. Counting my blessings. I have so much fun doing this.
Everywhere I look I can see something to be grateful for and I repeat to myself, thank you for ….. and thank you for ……. and thank you for …….. I feel a smile rise as I begin to feel better and better.
I thank all the parts of my body for making this walk possible. New ideas pop into my thoughts and I am grateful. I thank my comfortable shoes. I stop off at a local shop for some fresh fruit – oh so grateful.
I return home with so much appreciation for my wonderful life.
