Breakfast Smoothie

I love creating my breakfast smoothie each morning. I have a small ‘rocket’ blender and it is amazing!

I start off with a brew of Pau D’Arco herbal tea – warm – that is my base. (You can use any of your favourite herbal teas as a base) I then add some berries. Usually some raspberries and blueberries plus a few scoops of avocado. Next I add a small spoonful of raw cacao powder, a mixture of seeds (including chia & sunflower), a handful of alfalfa sprouts, a pinch of Himalayan salt, one teaspoon of beetroot powder, a spoonful of Super Greens powder, (Barley Grass, Spirulina, Wheatgrass & Chlorella), a small handful of fresh spinach & lettuce leaves, then I add a pinch of cinnamon and turmeric powder. Blend and enjoy!

What a ‘super power’ smoothie this is!

It also tastes great.

It can vary from week to week, but this is what is happening this week.
