Moving Through the Resistance

I have found a way to get the things done I need to do and also a way to get the things done I desire to do. I use a timer! I set it for 15 minutes, for 30 minutes or sometimes 1 hour, and I go for it! It doesn’t mean I get everything done, but just the fact that I have started it, or have given myself some time, makes all the difference.

Some of my creative projects are long term and by giving myself even 15 -30 minutes a day to work on them has helped me move through the resistance .

Jobs like cleaning the bathroom or doing some washing are also easier when I set the timer.

I am moving through my resistance, and I have added a few more ticks to my to do list. It feels so good! A simple tool for some big changes in my life. I live in love and gratitude. xxx

Keep moving through your resistance.

Enjoy a great day. xxx

Thank you Sundari – a great reminder for the beginning of the week and also the importance of appreciating that taking small steps can lead somewhere!
